IMPORTANT — POSSIBLE IMPORT CHARGES

Our items are dispatched from our supplier outside the UK and the EU. Depending on the destination country and order value, import VAT, customs duties and/or carrier handling fees may apply:

• United Kingdom: orders above £135 may attract import charges (section 5).
• Germany / EU: orders may be subject to import VAT and, depending on value, customs duties and handling fees, unless shown as included at checkout (section 6).

We ship to the United Kingdom and Germany. Delivery availability and any product-specific shipping information are shown on the relevant product pages.

1. Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 12 business days. In some cases delivery may take up to 15 business days due to carrier delays, customs processing, seasonal demand, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

2. Tracking

Tracking information is provided where available once an order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment.

3. Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If your order is materially delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the relevant carrier.

4. Incorrect delivery details

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Import charges — United Kingdom (orders above £135)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom with a consignment value above £135, additional import charges may apply. Depending on the shipping method, customs treatment and carrier handling process, the recipient may be asked to pay import duties, taxes or carrier handling or clearance fees before delivery or upon collection. On orders of £135 or less, applicable UK VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout.

6. Import charges — Germany and the EU

Because our goods are dispatched from outside the European Union, orders delivered to Germany or other EU countries may be subject to import VAT and, depending on the consignment value, customs duties and carrier handling or clearance fees. Where applicable these are collected by the carrier or the customs authority before or upon delivery, unless clearly shown as included at checkout.
